Please review our policies before booking your appointment. These help us provide the best service for all clients.

โš ๏ธAppointment Availability

Booking an appointment on the website does not guarantee your requested date and time. Availability is subject to change and will be confirmed by Rose after you submit your request.

๐Ÿ’ฐDeposit Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost.

  • Deposit is charged when you confirm your booking
  • Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment
  • Deposit will be refunded if we need to cancel or reschedule
  • No-shows forfeit the full deposit
โฐPunctuality & Late Arrivals

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • 10-minute grace period for late arrivals
  • Appointments may be shortened if you arrive late
  • Excessive lateness (15+ minutes) may result in rescheduling
  • Please call or text if you're running behind
๐Ÿ‘ถChildren & Guests

As this is a home-based studio, children and extra guests are not permitted during your appointment. This ensures a focused and professional environment for all clients.

  • No children or additional guests are allowed in the studio.
  • Only the client receiving the service is permitted.
  • This policy helps maintain a calm and efficient environment.
๐ŸงดHair Preparation

Proper hair preparation is crucial for the best results and helps your style last longer.

  • Arrive with your hair freshly washed, completely blow-dried, and stretched.
  • Hair must be free of any oils, leave-in conditioners, or styling products.
  • Hair must be at least 5 inches long to be serviced.
  • We do NOT provide hair for any services. Please bring your own hair.
  • Bring inspiration photos if you have specific requests.
๐Ÿ“…Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens! We understand that sometimes you need to reschedule.

  • 24+ hours notice: Full deposit refund available
  • Less than 24 hours: Deposit may be transferred to new appointment
  • Same-day cancellations: Deposit is forfeited
  • Emergency situations will be handled case-by-case
  • Contact us by phone or text to reschedule

  • Please stay home if you're feeling unwell
  • All tools are sanitized between clients
  • We use fresh, clean materials for each appointment
